Pre-Dawn Departure
Today is my first real day on the road. The google tells me 588 miles and 10.5 hours.
New Haven has been a perfect way to start this long journey. I had originally planned on leaving yesterday morning for DC and beyond, but something didn’t feel right about leaving so soon.
A 20 mile bike ride, two lobster rolls and 10 tapas later … I’d say it was worth it.
Great to see George and Tori … hopefully our paths will cross again on the sooner side of later.
