Namibia in Photos Part 3: Sossusvlei
It’s hard to believe it’s been a month since we were in Namibia. Coming back to Angola has been somewhat of a rude awakening—it’s not exactly a place that welcomes you back with warm smiles and open arms. But that’s an ongoing saga for another day. For now, I thought I’d post the third and final installment of our Namibia trip.
These photos are from our day in Sossusvlei, which is one of the main tourist destinations of Namibia. You may have seen photos of this place in National Geographic or in any search for “Namibia.” While these photos are definitely not National Geographic material, they hopefully give you an idea of the arid landscape, stark shadows and vivid colors.
